Madison Teen Arrested Again For Statutory Rape

Madison Police arrest 18-year-old Jacob Daniel Pirch for statutory rape. Pirch was taken into custody last Friday in the 100 block of East Hill Drive in Madison. This is the second time police arrest Pirch for statutory rape. Pirch was released last month on a $25,000 bond. Now, he is being held without bond.
